How do I place an order on Aarya Gems?
For both our diamonds and jewellery collection, we do not offer online shopping or payment. Since all our Jewellery pieces are couture and uniquely curated in one-of-a-kind designs, we recommend that our shoppers contact us via WhatsApp or book an appointment to visit us, where we can discuss the details of your experience in person.
How do I place an order if I am not based in Hong Kong?
To help you find the perfect diamonds or discuss jewellery, would love to schedule an online call. After that, we'll arrange for shipping so you can receive your selections.
What payment methods does Aarya Gems accept?
All payments are made via cash or bank transfer. We require deposit once you have selected your piece.
Will I get the invoice and receipt for my order?
Yes, you will. We will issue you an online invoice and receipt or in-person invoice when you visit our location. Rest assured, Aarya Gems is an absolutely safe platform with all certifications and registered business in Hong Kong.
